How fast do you deliver a scooter in Playa del Carmen?
Usually 30–90 minutes after you book, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Right after the booking our manager agrees the exact time and meeting point with you on WhatsApp: your hotel lobby or the door of your Airbnb.
Which parts of Playa del Carmen do you deliver to?

How much does it cost to rent a scooter in Playa del Carmen?
From $35 a day for rentals of 7 days or more, and the daily rate keeps dropping for longer stays. Delivery anywhere in Playa del Carmen is free, even for one day. You pay 30% online and the rest at delivery, plus a refundable security deposit.
Do I need a driver’s license to rent a scooter in Playa del Carmen?
Yes. A valid car or motorcycle license from your home country is enough to rent, from age 18. Our third-party liability insurance covers only riders with a motorcycle license: with a car license only, you ride uninsured for any damage you cause to others.

How much is the security deposit?
$300 for one scooter, $250 for each of two scooters and $200 for each scooter if you rent three or more. You leave it at delivery as a card hold or in cash. Cash comes back on the spot when we pick the scooter up; a card hold is usually released immediately, in rare cases your bank takes a few hours or days.
Can I ride from Playa del Carmen to Akumal or Tulum?
Yes, both trips are allowed. Akumal is about a 35-minute ride south, and Tulum is further down the same highway. Short unpaved access roads, for example to cenotes, are fine at low speed; trails, sand and beaches are not. Roadside assistance covers Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos and Cancun but not the highway further south, so plan your fuel and try to ride back before dark.
