AcuMota Rental Rules
By booking with us, you agree to the following scooter rental terms:
Age & License Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to rent.
- A valid driver’s license (car or motorcycle) is mandatory.
Rental Period
- Minimum rental is 24 hours.
- The rental clock starts from your scheduled delivery time.
- Less than 24 hours = full-day charge.
Booking & Payment
- Pay 30% upfront to reserve your scooter.
- The remainder is due at delivery.
Security Deposit
- $300 USD if you rent one scooter, or $250 for each of two scooters or $200 for each (3+ scooters) refundable deposit is required.
- Can be held on card or paid in cash upon delivery.

- Helmet(s) 🪖 (for both rider and passenger)
- Phone holder 📱
- Full tank of gas ⛽
- Unlimited mileage 🛣️
Prohibited Use
- No off-road riding 🚫🌵
- No more than 2 riders per scooter 👥
- No barefoot riding 🚫🦶
- No alcohol or drug use while riding ❌🍺
🚧 Damage Responsibility
You are liable for any damage or loss during the rental period.
