When you make a booking we collect only what is needed to deliver the scooter and issue the rental documents: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and rental dates. Payment card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure form and never reach our servers.

• AcuMota booking system: stores your booking details such as name, contact info, and rental information.
• Stripe: handles your payment details securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely for processing your rental booking and payment. We do not use it for marketing or share it with any other third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any other parties except Stripe, which is essential for processing payments, and our email provider, which delivers your confirmations, invoices and rental contract.

4. Data Security

Our booking system and Stripe use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.
