1. Information We Collect

When you make a booking we collect only what is needed to deliver the scooter and issue the rental documents: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and rental dates. After booking you send us a photo of your driver’s license; it goes to our booking email and is not stored on this website. Payment card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure form and never reach our servers.

When you browse this website, Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to collect information about your visit: the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location based on your IP address, and actions such as adding a scooter to the cart, starting a booking or tapping the WhatsApp button.

• AcuMota booking system: stores your booking details such as name, contact info, and rental information.
• Stripe: handles your payment details securely.
• Google Analytics: shows us how visitors use the website.
• Google Ads: measures bookings that come from our ads and can show our ads to people who have visited the website (remarketing).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your booking details to process your rental and payment, send your confirmation, rental contract and invoice, and contact you about your booking. After your rental we may ask you once to leave a review. We use the information collected by cookies to understand how visitors use the website and to measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited the website. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Sharing

We share personal data only with the services that run this website and your booking: Stripe, which processes payments; our email provider, which delivers your confirmations, invoices and rental contract; and Google, which receives the information collected by Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies and uses it as described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Data Security

Our booking system and Stripe use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.

5. Cookies and How to Turn Them Off

This website uses cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads. They store a random identifier in your browser so that Google can count visits and measure our ads; they do not contain your name or contact details. You can turn them off at any time:

• Block or delete these cookies in your browser settings; booking does not depend on them.
