Scooter Rental in Cancun — Free Delivery & Brand-New Models

First, select the rental period in the yellow datepicker block on top of every page:

• Choose the number of days
• Select the start date
• Choose the start time

Important: The time must be in full 24-hour increments. If you select even 30 minutes more, the system will automatically count it as an additional full day.

Next, pick the scooter you want and add it to your cart.

Important: Each scooter model is limited to only 1 unit per booking. If you try to add more than one of the same model, it will show as unavailable — please be careful.

You must select and add 1 or 2 helmets to your cart (helmets are free with every rental).

Proceed to checkout: review all items in your cart, then fill out the form with the required information for successful delivery and contact:

• Email
• Phone number (preferably WhatsApp)
• Exact delivery address + Google Maps link to the location

Complete the payment for the booking.

Important: You pay only a 30% booking fee (this does not include the security deposit). As soon as the 30% is paid, the system automatically reserves the exact scooter you chose for your selected dates and time. This reservation guarantees that the scooter is locked for you and will be delivered as booked.

• We instantly receive all the details you entered during checkout (address, Google Maps link, phone, etc.).
• Our manager will contact you within minutes (usually via WhatsApp) to:
  • Confirm the exact delivery address
  • Agree on the precise delivery time window
  • Answer any last-minute questions
• We prepare your reserved scooter (the exact model you chose) and all selected helmets.
• Our courier delivers the scooter directly to your confirmed location at the agreed time. Both the manager and the courier stay in touch with you right up to the moment of handover.
• When the courier arrives:
  • Meets you in person
  • Shows you the scooter (condition, fuel level, etc.)
  • Gives a full safety and usage briefing
  • Hands over the keys and helmets
• Final step right on the spot: After the briefing, you pay the remaining 70% of the rental total plus the security deposit for the scooter(s). Payment is quick and easy — cash, card (on our website or through payment link whatever you prefer). As soon as that’s done — you’re good to go! Keys in hand, helmet on, enjoy your ride! 🛵🔥

We always aim to deliver a little earlier than the scheduled time. However, please understand that rare unforeseen circumstances (weather, heavy traffic, road closures, or government restrictions) may affect the exact delivery time. In such cases, our manager will keep you updated in real time.

Our main delivery area is Cancun and the Hotel Zone — that’s where we guarantee lightning-fast, premium service. Yes, we CAN deliver outside the delivery area — but only under these conditions:

• Minimum rental 3 days or more
• Individual agreement with you personally

Successful example: You’re in Puerto Morelos, want a scooter for 3+ days → Contact us (via WhatsApp, Phone call, E-mail etc.) → We agree on delivery time and any extra fee → Scooter arrives exactly as promised.✅

We CANNOT deliver in these cases: You’re in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, or far away and want it just for 1–2 days → Unfortunately we’ll have to say no. Why? Because we refuse to compromise on quality:
