First, select the rental period in the yellow datepicker block on top of every page:

• Choose the number of days
• Select the start date
• Choose the start time

Important: The time must be in full 24-hour increments. If you select even 30 minutes more, the system will automatically count it as an additional full day.

Next, pick the scooter you want and add it to your cart.

Important: Each scooter model is limited to only 1 unit per booking. If you try to add more than one of the same model, it will show as unavailable — please be careful.

You must select and add 1 or 2 helmets to your cart (helmets are free with every rental).

Proceed to checkout: review all items in your cart, then fill out the form with the required information for successful delivery and contact:

• Email
• Phone number (preferably WhatsApp)
• Exact delivery address + Google Maps link to the location

Complete the payment for the booking.

Important: You pay only a 30% booking fee (this does not include the security deposit). As soon as the 30% is paid, the system automatically reserves the exact scooter you chose for your selected dates and time. This reservation guarantees that the scooter is locked for you and will be delivered as booked.

• We instantly receive all the details you entered during checkout (address, Google Maps link, phone, etc.).
• Our manager will contact you within minutes (usually via WhatsApp) to:
  • Confirm the exact delivery address
  • Agree on the precise delivery time window
  • Answer any last-minute questions
• We prepare your reserved scooter (the exact model you chose) and all selected helmets.
• Our courier delivers the scooter directly to your confirmed location at the agreed time. Both the manager and the courier stay in touch with you right up to the moment of handover.
• When the courier arrives:
  • Meets you in person
  • Shows you the scooter (condition, fuel level, etc.)
  • Gives a full safety and usage briefing
  • Hands over the keys and helmets
• Final step right on the spot: After the briefing, you pay the remaining 70% of the rental total plus the security deposit for the scooter(s). Payment is quick and easy — cash, card (on our website or through payment link whatever you prefer). As soon as that’s done — you’re good to go! Keys in hand, helmet on, enjoy your ride! 🛵🔥

We always aim to deliver a little earlier than the scheduled time. However, please understand that rare unforeseen circumstances (weather, heavy traffic, road closures, or government restrictions) may affect the exact delivery time. In such cases, our manager will keep you updated in real time.

We deliver free, with no minimum rental, anywhere in these four areas:

• Cancun
• The Hotel Zone
• Puerto Morelos
• Playa del Carmen

Outside these areas — for example in Akumal or Tulum — we deliver by individual agreement, for rentals of 3 days or more:

You message us (WhatsApp, phone call, e-mail) → We agree on the delivery time and any extra fee → The scooter arrives as agreed.✅

Here’s exactly what you get – every step is documented so you’re 100% protected:

• Right after paying the 30% booking fee on our website: You instantly receive a confirmation email that includes:
  • Payment receipt
  • Full order details (scooter model/color, helmets, dates, price breakdown)
• At the moment of delivery (when the courier hands you the scooter): After you pay the remaining 70% + security deposit (cash, card or transfer – whatever is easier for you): You immediately receive two more emails:
  • Interim invoice (full breakdown of what you just paid)
  • Official rental contract (signed digitally, legally binding, with all terms)
• At the end of the rental (when the courier picks up the scooter): The courier inspects the scooter on the spot → everything is perfect → We release your security deposit (cash comes back right away; a card hold is usually released immediately, in rare cases your bank takes a few hours or days) AND you get the final email with:

You need a valid driver’s license from any country — car or motorcycle — and you must be 18 or older. Our third-party liability insurance covers only riders with a motorcycle license: with a car license only, you ride uninsured for any damage you cause to others.

Yes, if you ride cautiously: we deliver well-maintained scooters with helmets and give a safety briefing at handover. Avoid riding late at night, slow down for speed bumps (topes) and always lock the scooter when you park.

$300 for one scooter, $500 for two and $200 each for three or more, paid at delivery as a card hold or in cash. Cash comes back on the spot at pickup; a card hold is usually released immediately, in rare cases your bank takes a few hours or days.
