You must be at least 18 years old.

  • Yes! All our scooters are 2-seaters and come with helmets for both rider and passenger.

  • Yes, you’ll review and sign the Contract (rental agreement) electronically when we deliver the scooter.

  • Yes. We offer delivery to most locations in Cancun, including the Hotel Zone and Downtown.

  • We recommend renting a scooter only if you feel confident enough to ride. If you’ve never ridden one before, it might be safer to try a short lesson or practice first. Your safety is very important to us — we’re happy to show you the basics during delivery, but real riding experience makes a big difference.

  • Police may ask to see your license and check that you’re wearing a helmet. Always be respectful. If anything feels off, contact us during our business hours.

  • Our scooters are ideal for getting around Cancun and enjoying the city at your own pace. You can take a scooter to Isla Mujeres if you like — just keep in mind that you'll need to handle the ferry process and ride carefully on the island. For longer trips like Playa del Carmen or Tulum, we suggest considering other transport options to ensure a more comfortable and relaxed journey.

  • Our minimum rental period is 1 full day (24 hours). You’re welcome to rent for multiple days or even weeks — and we offer special rates for longer rentals.

All rentals are based on 24-hour periods, starting from your scheduled pickup time. If you need the scooter for less than a day, the full-day rate still applies, as the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you during that time.

  • Our customer support is available during regular business hours:

Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

If you contact us outside these hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we're open again. For urgent situations such as road accidents, serious damage, or if the scooter is stolen or towed, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

  • You can cancel your reservation under the following conditions:

More than 48 hours in advance — full refund, minus a 3% payment processing fee.

24–48 hours in advance — 50% refund, minus the 3% fee.

Less than 24 hours — no refund.

In certain exceptional cases (such as official weather warnings or flight cancellations), we may issue a credit voucher for the full amount, valid for 3 months. Issuance of a voucher is at our discretion and requires proof of the situation.

💡 The 3% payment processing fee is charged by our payment provider and is non-refundable to us, which is why it cannot be included in any refunds.
